The "Fairfield Fantastic Race!" is an exciting, interactive "extreme" scavenger hunt in the Village Green area. Participant teams earn points by completing as many challenges during the race as possible.  Prizes are awarded to teams with the most points. Early bird registration: Cost is $20 for age13-adult, $15 for ages 12-8, Free for 7 and under.  Late registration is $25, April 10 through race day.

Challenges may include:

  • Collecting random items

  • Performing unusual tasks or acts of kindness

  • Snapping and posting photos

  • Discovering facts about Fairfield’s past and present

 

People of all ages and abilities can compete in this fun event in teams of 2-5 people.

  • Businesses (team building)

  • Families (quality time)

  • School aged students (good clean fun with friends)

  • Date night (enough said!)

  • Community Leaders and Teachers

  • Faith Community and Youth Groups

 

Race Day Schedule  Sunday, April 22, 2018

1:00pm: Volunteer Check-in and Participant Registration at Butt Shack BBQ and Grill,

500 Wessel Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014

2:00pm: Gather at Starting Line, Fairfield Lane Library Veranda, for directions and rules.

2:15-4:15pm Fairfield Fantastic Race

4:15-5:15pm Food Trucks with food for purchase.  Ice Cream with DJ and Dancing on the Library Veranda provided!  Winners announced at 5:00pm.

There will cash prizes for Points Winners

1st Place:  $250, 2nd Place: $200, and 3rd Place: $150

Participants compete in teams of 3-5 to

complete tasks for points to win.

Spirit Awards given

Team names and team spirit are encouraged. 

Prize Package Awards will be given to teams with the

best displays of team spirit!
